NOVEMBER 2020: BIG WAVES

Well, we are definitely seeing some big rollers this year. One minute we are riding the crests of the waves, the next we are in the doldrums. But everybody is in the same boat, so to speak, and business is never plain sailing.

Lockdown Two brings uncertainty for many, and it is frustrating for small independent businesses like my own. Forward planning becomes a challenge, although back of house operations become shipshape.

We will weather this storm, and we very much hope to welcome our lovely customers back into our stores in December if we are permitted to return to safe harbour.
