Well, the headlines have been a little gloomy of late, haven’t they?! I thought I’d buck the trend by focusing on the positives!
It’s certainly been another year of interesting experiences. Sure, it’s undoubtedly been a challenging time for small businesses such as my own, but we are still here, fighting on, and learning as we go!
A massive thank you to everyone who has cared for me this year. My neighbours and other members of our little community who look after me with delicious soup and lattes deserve a special mention – your kindness keeps me going. I’m grateful for all the encouragement (and for the nourishment!).
Also a huge thank you to all our lovely customers who have shopped with us in 2021. Your custom and support means the world to me, as it is what keeps little businesses like mine alive. Please do keep showing love to small independent retailers – it makes us glow.
